When you order this piece we knit & hand-finish it right here in our Vermont design studio using only 100% natural New England wool. We purchase the wool directly from hill farmers, which helps them stay on their land & keeps New England farmed. It's then gently processed into yarn in Vermont, retaining traces of weather-proofing lanolin & slight signs of vegetation. We use un-dyed yarns so the color can vary from year to year depending on the sheep who provide it.
The New England Wool Roll Neck Sweater is a unisex classic. It's got rolled edges & raglan sleeves & is so comfy & easy to wear we call it the 'sweatshirt of sweaters'. The timeless silhouette & 100% natural local wool yarn makes the piece as versatile & hearty as the New Englanders who wear it.

When necessary, hand wash in tepid water with a clear, gentle detergent. Rinse & wring out excess water then roll in a towel to extract more water & lay flat on a dry towel.
Men's & Women's pieces are true to size - see Chart below & size up for an oversized look. Cyrus is 6'3" & wearing a size Men's XL in Natural Ash Brown & Laura is 5'6" & wearing a Women's Medium in Natural Dark Chocolate Brown.
We knit pieces as they're ordered to prevent wasteful overstocking & our production process can take up to 3 weeks.
We ship either Priority Mail or Ground Advantage from the US Post Office in the village of North Hero & will send you a tracking number when your package is off.
If your sweater doesn't work perfectly for you, just let us know within 30 days & we'll send a return label for exchange or refund.
