When you order this piece we knit & hand-finish it right here in our Vermont design studio using only 100% natural New England wool. We purchase the wool directly from hill farmers, which helps them stay on their land & keeps New England farmed. It's then gently processed into yarn in Vermont, retaining traces of weather-proofing lanolin & slight signs of vegetation. The color of the natural, un-dyed yarns can vary from year to year depending on the sheep who provide the wool.
Hand wash in tepid water with a clear, gentle detergent. Rinse & wring out excess water then roll in a towel to extract more water & lay flat on a rack or dry towel.
The Cropped Cardi has a shrunken silhouette, size up for a classic look - Jaia is 5 8" & wearing a size Small.
We knit pieces as they're ordered to prevent wasteful overstocking & our production process can take up to 3 weeks.
We ship either Priority Mail or Ground Advantage from the US Post Office in the village of North Hero & will send you a tracking number when your package is off.
If your sweater doesn't work perfectly for you, just let us know within 30 days & we'll send a return label for exchange or refund.
